James Gherardi

James started his supply chain and procurement recruitment career in 2006 working for a market leading London based organisation.  He joined BIE in August 2011 to concentrate on both executive search and interim management assignments.

James has developed a wide ranging interim management network together with a thorough knowledge of executives across the UK and international market places. These leave him well placed to manage mid and senior level interim appointments across both the UK and mainland Europe.

James has recruited across all vertical markets however his primary expertise is in Pharmaceutical, FMCG (Food, Consumer Electronics and Consumer Healthcare) and Medical Devices sectors. Having started an early career in medicine, these sectors represent areas where James has a particular interest and affinity.

James is a graduate of King’s College London and works across our Windsor and London offices. Outside of work, James enjoys the arts, swimming and is currently building a vineyard in Berkshire.
