Gordon Whyte joined the BIE team in April 2011 to lead the interim HR practice.
His focus is in the provision of professional interim managers within the HR field. His particular area of expertise is sourcing experts within HR to help organisation facilitate change with a strong people element.
This takes the form of HR Directors capable of supporting business strategy through the design and implementation of people plans, plus working across all specialist areas of HR.
With over 17 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, Gordon has lived and worked internationally and has exposure across a range of industry sectors.
