Bill is always interested in engaging with HR professionals, be they potential clients or candidates. This approach has helped him develop a strong network in the HR community and an excellent reputation for integrity, pragmatism and ability to spot strong talent.

Bill has great experience of the HR sector having spent 8 years in the function for a leading technology company before moving into the recruitment industry in 1996 where he worked on senior level business roles in the technology sector.

Prior to joining  BIE he worked with another leading HR recruitment specialist for 5  years helping companies find senior HR professionals, in the UK and internationally.

Bill graduated with a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Heriot Watt University before pursuing an early career in Production Management.
